If you didn’t catch the three-ring circus that is Mötley Crüe’s spectacular “Carnival of Sins Tour 2005” last time around, you’re in luck. Following the huge success of that Tour, which included more than 100 arena dates in North America, the bad boys of rock have just announced plans for encore shows in Saskatoon, Red Deer, Prince George, Kelowna and Victoria.

The “Carnival of Sins Tour 2005” made its way to over 55 North American cities and featured festival-style amphitheatre and arena production. Mötley Crüe’s tour has been drawing record crowds around the world, with the group performing to more than 1 million fans in North America alone.

The reviews of the self-proclaimed “Loudest Show On Earth,” which includes fire-breathing midgets, aerial displays and assorted circus freaks and geeks, have been uniformly enthusiastic. In praising the band’s sold-out date at Toronto’s Air Canada Centre, the Toronto Sun gushed that the band “have come back in a big---make that big top---way!”

Mötley Crüe’s reunion was initially motivated by a promoter in the UK who, with the help of UK-based media and fans, launched a “Bring the Crue” campaign last year urging the original band members--Vince Neil, Tommy Lee, Mick Mars and Nikki Sixx—to reunite and give their fans what they want. The campaign quickly made its way across the Atlantic and similar efforts took root in Canada where “Bring The Crue” campaigns were launched by fans and radio in several Canadian following the initial announcement and sell-out of only two Canadian dates. Five additional dates were then added when the band’s winter tour was extended which also sold out quickly.

Don’t miss the Carnival of Sins 2006 Tour featuring Mötley Crüe live at the Save-On Foods Memorial Centre on Sunday, April 9th.
