DEF LEPPARD GET SET TO PERFORM IN VICTORIA
AS A PART OF THEIR EXTENSIVE CANADIAN TOUR

Def Leppard’s pop-metal helped define the ‘80s with tracks like “Rock of Ages,” “Pour Some Sugar On Me” and “Photograph” that sound as brilliant today as they did back then.

A recent 2 CD anthology, appropriately titled ROCK OF AGES: THE DEFINITIVE COLLECTION, sets the record straight; in its prime, Def Leppard stands as one of the best rock bands in the world. Platinum-plus albums like Pyromania and the 1987 blockbuster Hysteria as well as a number of hook-filled and hard-rocking albums before and after show the group’s commitment to hook-filled rock ‘n’ roll, with barbed-wire riffs, arena-size choruses and indelible melodies, has never waned. It’s no wonder that, in their three decades together, Def Leppard has sold over 65 million albums worldwide, including 4 million in Canada alone, and their best tunes remain staples of rock radio. The group continues to draw large, enthusiastic crowds all over the world.

One of Canada’s most respected and long-running bands, The Tea Party has released several artistically ambitious and commercially successful records that blend spiritual and social concerns with thought-provoking lyrics and musical influences that include not only classic rock ‘n’ roll but Middle Eastern music as well. - ˝ hour before on-sale, numbers will be handed out to all individuals waiting to purchase tickets.
- 5 minutes before on-sale a number will be drawn. That is where the line-up will begin.
- Numbers preceding the number drawn will line up sequentially.
- Any patrons arriving after the draw will line up after the last ticket handed out.
