PRESS RELEASE

"Paranoid Times Tour"

With NeverEnding White Lights, Jets Overhead and Pedestrian

Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre
Wednesday, April 26th, 2006
7:00PM (Doors 6:00)

One of Canada’s most powerful rock bands, Our Lady Peace has had a place on the nation’s airwaves since their 1994 debut Naveed. Coming out of the grunge era, OLP specialized in tumultuous, sometimes angry music, rooted in solid electric guitar grooves and the soaring vocals of Raine Maida.

Six albums later, the band has lost none of its passion and fire, while bringing more musical ambition and political thought to its modern rock. While Our Lady Peace is as successful as ever, having sold 4 million records and gathered legions of fans worldwide, Healthy in Paranoid Times stands as one of its best and most confrontational efforts yet. A record that is as electrifying and dynamic as anything the band has produced, and is fueled by Maida’s commitment with and work for the charity War Child. The platinum record has earned the band two Juno nominations, for Rock Album of the Year and Band of the Year, but it’s clearly minds and hearts that OLP wants to win, not awards.

Don’t miss the “Paranoid Times Tour” featuring Our Lady Peace when they perform live at Save-On Foods Memorial Centre on Wednesday, April 26th with special guests Neverending White Lights, Jets Overhead, and Pedestrian.
