Account Executive – Victoria Salmon Kings (Victoria, BC)
Description:
This position is responsible for selling
season and group tickets via telemarketing, e-mail and
face-to-face presentations. He/She will service their
accounts, work all regular season home games performing
duties as assigned by management, create new ideas to
increase ticket sales, and be expected to attain weekly and
monthly ticket goals along with renewing season ticket
holders.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

Make cold
calls to area companies to
sell season tickets,
mini-plans, and groups.
Schedule face-to-face
meetings as required.

Generate
own leads by prospecting
respective sales area.

Achieve
monthly and annual goals as
set by supervisor.

Provide
superior customer service to
clients - new & existing
ticket holders, prospects,
and single game customers.
-
Other
duties as assigned by Ticket
Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Successful applicants will posses:
-
Minimum
of 6 months experience in
sales or sports related
field.

Strong
knowledge of computer
programs (including
Microsoft Word and Excel).

Strong
time management and
organizational skills.
-
Ability
to work non-traditional
hours, in non-traditional
settings.
-
Demonstrated ability to work
independently and to self
motivate.

Ability
to handle multiple projects
well.

Demonstrated flexibility and
creative problem solving
skills.

average professional phone
skills.

Position: Skate Patrol
Description:
We are looking for skate
patrol personnel for this
upcoming ice season. If you
would like to be a part of our
team you should be flexible in
your schedule, be first aid
certified, and have previous experience
working in a recreation centre.
